This one-day workshop has been designed specifically for QA Technicians and Auditors within food manufacturing companies. Written and delivered by a QA expert with several years’ food industry experience, it takes you through all the key elements of working within quality assurance, with exercises and the opportunity for open discussion throughout.

Attendees should have a good practical understanding of food safety and HACCP and be working within the technical or auditing departments of a food manufacturing company.
