We offer Level 2 Food Safety as either a face-to-face or remote in-house course. Alternatively, you can train at your own pace by Enroling on our Basic Food Safety & Hygiene online course.
Level 3 Food Safety & Hygiene is suitable for supervisors and Level 4 Food Safety & Hygiene is an advanced level qualification aimed at managers.
No. The majority of our customers are food manufacturers, but we also train catering company staff, food packaging employees and retailers. There are separate exams for manufacturing or catering, whichever is most applicable.
