Peter was an excellent tutor, both knowledgeable and approachable. It was a more relaxed classroom experience. He didn't make anyone feel less than for not knowing or giving incorrect answers, even if incorrect answers were given candidates weren't outright told they were wrong but redirected nicely.

Absolutely fantastic course, Julie was brilliant, very approachable, but also professional. On day one I found that there was a lot of information to take in. But as the week went on the information seemed to stay with me. We couldn't go into the factory because of an audit, but the role play audit exercise was enjoyable. Overall I would recommend this course and especially Julie Ryan
