The course covers essential topics such as product title and brand names, legal names and customary names, marketing sub-descriptors & claims, additives, allergens, nutrition and health claims, ingredients declarations and QUIDs, origin marking and protected names, date coding, and EU proposals for new Food Information Regulations.

The course is delivered either face-to-face at the training center in Skipton, North Yorkshire, UK, or remotely online. The remote option is delivered live and requires a computer and Internet connection, with full details and login information provided before the start of the course.
