HACCP can be quite a dry subject and must be especially difficult to train remotely, but Julie's delivery and industry examples helped keep the course interesting.

Provided great relevant examples of each course sections, along with involvement from all participants on the course. Feedback on the example test questions shared with the group were great to provide us an understanding of the expectation of the answers required for the exam.

The trainer explained the topics very well. We did a few group exercises too and I really enjoyed the whole course.

Nothing was too much for Peter and no matter the question, he made everyone feel welcome and listened to. In terms of his knowledge, you could tell he knew the ins and outs of the content like the back of his hand. His relaxed nature made us all feel very comfortable and made the atmosphere of the room a very pleasant one to be a part of.

The course was a good solid refresher which got me back into thinking in the necessary way in preparation for a retake of Paper A of the Level 4 HACCP qualification. Julie and Claire were very helpful in giving me pointers for last minute revision of areas where mistakes have been made in papers in the past. Was also helpful to have an additional refresher conversation on exam technique.
