Course Summary

This basic food safety online course covers all the essentials for entry level staff working in food manufacturing. It meets, if not exceeds, the minimum food hygiene training requirements for all food handlers.

This video-based course is delivered online in a modular, easy-to-use format, allowing completion at your own pace and in your own time. It is presented by an experienced food safety trainer with manufacturing experience and features a blend of video, food industry examples, interactive assessments and fact checking throughout to ensure the retention of information.

Assessment

20 question multiple choice test following successful completion of all modules.

Trainees will be able to print their own certificate awarded by Verner Wheelock.
