Give Yourself a Sporting Chance in your Next Audit #sportingoffers #legallabelling

Not every type of training this summer involves an athletics arena, running track, swimming pool, gymnasium, velodrome or the River Thames. For those focused on giving themselves a sporting chance at their next BRC audit, Verner Wheelock Associates is offering 10% off all open courses taking place in Skipton during autumn 2012, if they are booked between 27th July and 12th August in honour of the prestigious sporting events in London, which also co-oincide with British Food Fortnight.

The company, which has been providing expert training to the food industry for over 20 years, offers courses at all levels in HACCP Food Safety, Nutrition, Auditing and Specialist Courses such as flavourings courses and Training the Trainer. Due to popular demand, VWA has just announced some additional dates for its autumn training calendar. These include: Level 4 Award in Food Safety from 22nd to 26th October; Level 3 HACCP for Food Manufacturing 29th to 30th November; and Level 3 Healthier Food and Special Diets which takes place from 4th to 6th December.

In addition, a brand new ‘Food Information Regulations Workshop‘ will take place on 7th October. The new Regulations signify a huge change in the way in which food information is supplied to consumers. VWA’s one-day workshop will assist and inform delegates about the changes and give them confidence that all labelling and information they subsequently produce is compliant.

The Food Information Regulations Workshop is the ideal follow-on from VWA’s ‘Legal Labelling‘ course, running on 4th September. There is even a special discount of £50 if both courses are booked together. Book them both before August 12th and your discount will be £95.

Information on all courses and VWA’s Training Calendar can be found at www.vwa.co.uk/pdf/VWA-Training-Calendar.pdf

These popular courses are filling up faster than the 100 metres final so book early to avoid disappointment!
