April Training Courses

Open Courses

Due to the Easter holidays we only had four courses running in Skipton during April.

The Creative Legal Labelling course is designed to help delegates prepare for the Food Information to Consumers legislation which comes into force in December 2014. 

Our popular Level 3 HACCP courses run nearly every month and due to increased demand we ran two full courses during April, along with one Level 2 HACCP course.


Plenty of in-house training took place in April. Again the Level 2 HACCPLevel 3 HACCP and the FDQ Auditing Skills Certificate, proved to be very popular with this month’s clients, the majority of whom provide ingredients to the food industry.


Well done to the many candidates who received their HACCP results during April.  With the majority of Level 3 delegates receiving Distinctions, with the help of trainers Paul Bache, Peter Clarke, David Marks and Eleanor Nicholls,  there were several who scored 44 out of 45 with one person achieving full marks!

Pictured below is Heather Fletcher, Quality Engineer from Alpla UK Ltd with her RSPH certificate for the Level 2 Foundation Certificate in HACCP.


Heather has already progressed to the Level 3 HACCP course, having decided to take things step by step, as she is relatively new to the food industry and has no previous experience of HACCP.
