Welcome to the July 2015 news review from Verner Wheelock
September courses are filling up fast so we have added an extra 2015 date for the Level 4 Award in Food Safety Management in addition to the one running on 14 – 18 September. The next course will run on on 30 November – 4 December 2015 and is also starting to look busy.
Our 2016 calendar is just being finalised and will be available soon. As always, any courses booked for 2016 before the end of this year will be invoiced at this year’s prices!
Course news
Our first two open TACCP courses in Skipton took place during July with trainer Ruth Bell – all were fully booked which was excellent news. The next course is on 13th October, and available places are already limited.
Exam Results in July
Our students achieved some excellent exams results during this month, notably:

Staff News
Our Training Support Administrator, Sue Giblin, celebrated her birthday in July and was treated to a bagful of goodies from the new Keelham Farm Shop in Skipton from all her colleagues. Sue likes nothing better than a trip to a farmers’ market or shop and has already become a regular at our new local retailer!
During July our MD, Alison Wheelock, has been busy competing in dressage competitions with her horse, Matilda, with considerable success. Together they won a total of 5 competitions this month, including qualifying for the Riding Clubs National and Music Championships, and British Dressage Winter Regionals. Next month they will compete at the BD Summer Regionals and Area Festivals.
