December is a fairly quiet time for open courses in Skipton and we ran just one Level 3 HACCP and hosted an in-house HACCP Refresher for Princes Ltd in our training room. We did hold several examinations for which we are now eagerly awaiting the results.
In-house and Consultancy
As many production facilities are very busy during December in the run up to Christmas we only ran few in-house courses. These included COSHH training at Coca-Cola and Level 3 HACCP at Cott Beverages. Other work included consultancy for two local businesses – Yellison Farm Goats Cheese and The Box tree, Michelin starred restaurant in Ilkley.
Don’t forget, if you are a medium risk supplier, your customers may expect you to have an ethical audit every two years. We are already getting bookings well into 2014. Please contact us for a quote if you are planning an audit during 2014.
