We are currently looking to recruit a Business Development Executive to join our team in Skipton to be responsible for the sales function within the business, including sales organisation, planning and development, in accordance with agreed business plans and targets.
You will maintain and develop positive business relationships with existing key clients as well as keeping abreast of developments in training initiatives and resource providers, identifying new clients and markets, whilst monitoring competitors. With strong administrative skills you will have the ability to maintain budgets, monitoring and provide reports to include production of relevant sales figures and reports for Board Meetings.
Candidates for this role will have strong sales experience, confident negotiation and closing skills with a good understanding of product and market sales. With an excellent telephone manner, you will be self-driven with the ability to build relationships, remaining trustworthy and professional at all times.
