This 1-day official BRC Food Safety Issue 7 to 8 Conversion for Sites course is delivered by Eleanor Nicholls, BRC Approved Training Partner (ATP).
The course will provide delegates with an in-depth understanding of the revisions to the BRC’s Global Standard for Food Safety (August 2018) requirements for Issue 8. It is designed to equip delegates with the skills and knowledge to successfully implement the changes to the Standard on-site to prepare for their next audit.
This conversion course is suitable for site technical and quality managers and their teams or BRC Global Standards professionals. Ideally they will already be familiar with BRC Issue7.
This course is for anyone who is responsible for auditing within their company. Ideally they will already be familiar with the BRC Global Standard For Food Safety Issue 7.

The changes are discussed section-by-section with plenty of time for discussion and input from the group. BRC Issue 8 was published in August 2018 and came into force in February 2019. It is essential to revise your systems in preparation for your BRC audits against the latest version of the Standard.
