Course Summary
This 4-day course leads to the Royal Institute of Public Health Advanced Certificate in Applied HACCP Principles and is constructed around the Advanced Level HACCP Training Standard
This course is ideal for HACCP Team Leaders, Technical Managers, Consultants and Enforcers. The Advanced course takes HACCP training to a new level and covers the longer term, and management issues of HACCP which are essential for the effective functioning of the system.
Entry Requirements
Participants should ideally hold the RIPH Intermediate Certificate in Applied HACCP Principles, or an equivalent qualification, and possess a good working knowledge of their industry sector.

- Exam - RIPH Advanced Diploma in Applied HACCP Principles. The exam is taken at least 4 weeks after the end of the course, on an agreed date suitable for all candidates.
