This 4-day course leads to the RSPH Level 4 Award in HACCP Management (formerley the RIPH Advanced Certificate in Applied HACCP Principles).
This course is ideal for HACCP Team Leaders, Technical Managers, Consultants and Enforcers. The Advanced course takes HACCP training to a new level and covers the longer term, and management issues of HACCP which are essential for the effective functioning of the system.
Participants should ideally hold the RSPH (RIPH) Intermediate Certificate in Applied HACCP Principles, or an equivalent qualification, and possess a good working knowledge of their industry sector.
Post-course
VWA will be offering the new RSPH examination from 2009.
The RSPH examination will consist of two papers.
Paper one consists of six questions from a choice of eight, to be answered in 90 minutes
Paper two consists of a case study to be completed in one hour.
Successful candidates will achieve either a Pass or Distinction.
There will be no assignments required for the RSPH qualification.
(For our January 2009 course we hope also to offer the old RIPH Advanced Certificate in Applied HACCP Principles - part of the assessment for this qualification is by assignment)
