HACCP Training Courses for the Food Industry
European and UK legislation requires food business operators, to implement a documented food safety management system based on the principles of a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system. HACCP provides an effective management tool for identifying hazards in food production and the implementation of cost-effective controls and monitoring procedures at points which are critical to food safety.
For food manufacturers, VWA can provide accredited HACCP training courses for from Level 2 HACCP for operatives, to Level 3 HACCP or Level 4 HACCP courses (Advanced HACCP) for HACCP team members, supervisors and technical managers. Now that the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety (Issue 6) places even more emphasis on effective HACCP systems and HACCP training, qualifications and competency of staff, it is essential to ensure that all members of your HACCP team receive sufficient HACCP training, leading to recognised qualifications. Our courses accredited by RSPH or HABC, will meet this requirement, and will help you to implement a HACCP plan to ensure top grades in BRC audits and other third party audits.
