The content of this Level 2 (Foundation) food safety course has been assessed by the RIPH and is aimed at anyone working in a role that involves contact with food, whether in catering, food retailing or food manufacture. The course can be used as Induction, Awareness, Refresher or Foundation training.
This animated online course will take approximately 2-3 hours to complete. However candidates can complete the course in stages, revisiting the training at any time.

None. Basic computer skills will be needed. Use of a computer with sound/speakers is preferable.
This course covers the 2007 update to the UK Food Standards, including HACCP.
On completion of the training, candidates sit an online test and those who pass will receive a certificate.
